The Membership Agreement:
You agree to become a Whitehall Lane Wine Club Member with the following provisions and by purchasing the next shipment now:

You affirm that you are at least 21 years of age, and that the recipient of the wines is at least 21 years of age.
You authorize Whitehall Lane Winery to charge your credit card prior to each shipment.
You agree to enroll now, and will be charged for the upcoming shipment the first week of Feb. Your membership benefits will begin immediately.
You agree to notify the Winery of any changes in your billing or shipping information prior to each shipment date. (An email will be sent approximately one to two weeks prior to each shipment requesting confirmation of your information. It is crucial that we have your latest email and other contact information.)
You agree to notify us in writing or via email of membership cancellation at least two weeks prior to the next shipment date. Otherwise, you agree to accept and pay for the next new shipment.
Taxes will be applied as required by local and state laws.
