2007 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, 750ml

The much-heralded 2007 vintage... This 2007 wine is a blend primarily our winery's Fawn Park, Millennium MM and Leonardini vineyards. The wine was aged in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels for 25 months and was bottled in December of 2009.

Notes from our winemaker... The 2007 vintage is a big, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon. It balances the deep flavors of cassis, blackberry and raspberry with chewy, ripe tannins and sweet, toasty oak. The Malbec and Petite Verdot were added to the blend for complexity and flavor nuances.
